Help Needed to Complete the Village of Croton-on-Hudson's Water Service Line Inventory

Your help is needed in completing the Village of Croton-on-Hudson's Water Service Line Inventory!

By October 16, 2024, all community water systems, including the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, are required to complete and submit a service line inventory to the New York State Department of Health. The Water Department has compiled an initial inventory from historical water system data, but your help is needed to fill in the blanks.

All residents are asked to complete a brief online survey, where you will be asked to upload a photo of your water meter and piping. The survey is available at crotononhudson-ny.gov/WSLsurvey. The individual information you enter will not be available for public viewing. If you would prefer the Water Department to inspect in person, you can make an appointment by calling 914-862-1419.

By participating in this survey, you will assist the Village in conserving time and resources. Additionally, your input will serve as a foundation for the Village to seek grants from NYS, enhancing water service throughout the community.
